These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPA Certificate website and signing service ("Service"). By placing an order or uploading a file, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We re-sign iOS application packages (.ipa files) using Apple Developer or Apple Enterprise (In-House) certificates so they can be installed on iPhone and iPad outside the App Store. We provide a signed IPA and an installation link; we do not develop, own, or distribute the apps you submit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

  • You must own the IPA you submit or have the legal right to have it signed and installed.
  • You may not submit apps that are malicious, infringe intellectual property, violate any law, or are intended to harm users or devices.
  • You are responsible for keeping your download and installation links confidential.

We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the site in USD. Payment is processed by our third-party crypto payment provider, NOWPayments. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We are not responsible for network fees, exchange-rate differences, or delays on the blockchain.

5. Certificate validity & revocation

Developer-signed IPAs are valid for the certificate's lifetime (up to 365 days). Enterprise certificates carry a revocation risk: Apple may revoke a certificate at any time, which can cause signed apps to stop working. This risk is inherent to the technology and is not within our control. Where reasonable, we offer re-signing to restore a revoked build.

6. No affiliation with Apple

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. iOS, IPA, iPhone, iPad, and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
