Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. Because signing is a digital service delivered per order, the following terms apply to refunds.

1. Before signing begins

If you have paid but we have not yet started signing your IPA, you may request a full refund by contacting us.

2. After delivery

Once your signed IPA and installation link have been delivered, the service is considered complete and payments are generally non-refundable, since the work has been performed.

3. If we can't deliver

If we are unable to sign or deliver your IPA for a reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-attempt — your choice.

4. Certificate revocation

Enterprise certificates can be revoked by Apple at any time; this is an inherent risk of the technology and is disclosed before purchase. A revocation after successful delivery is not by itself grounds for a refund, but we offer re-signing where reasonable to restore your build.

5. Crypto payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Approved refunds are issued in cryptocurrency to a wallet you provide. Because crypto values fluctuate, refunds are based on the amount received at the time of payment, and network fees may apply.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order details. We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time.
